The past 4 weeks working with Sam have been great. I’ve done “challenges”/ training plans before but found that most of the time I was unmotivated after 3 days and didn’t stick with it. Working with Sam online I’ve had a personalised training plan with demonstration videos and daily goals. It’s been great as I can plan my own week around other commitments.
